Ben Hokuf, PE, Senior Structural Engineer.  Ben is a licensed professional engineer specializing in the design and analysis of bridges and the assessment of damages to many other structural types, from complex transportation facilities to residential dwellings.   Ben also has specific expertise in geotechnical engineering and foundation design and repair.  Ben is presently licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. 

William "Will" Pines, PE, Senior Forensic Engineer. Will is a licensed professional engineer specializing in the design, analysis, assessment, and repair of existing structures like bridges, residential and commercial buildings, retaining walls, drainage facilities, docks and piers, and other structures built with various construction materials and damaged by a variety of mechanisms. Will has been with our team since 2009 and is presently licensed in Maryland.
